Hi all,

I currently have an AMD 64 3500 on an ASUS A8R-MVP with a 7800GT and 2 x 512MB of standard DDR400. What would everyone recommend as a CPU upgrade between a X2 3800 or a 4000 considering I can get them for about the same price.

I know you can overclock a 3800 to about 2.6 fairly easily.

I plan to get a Zalman CNPS9500 LED, but don't know if it will fit my motherboard.

Any help would be apreciated

What about the endless benchmarks out there that already answer your question? X2 3800.
