non-working of formula in Excel

worked last week, on this monday tried to install Service
Pack 2, which was unsuccesful. Back on formula today
nothing works. Tried to get round problem with
Restoration, that works but still stuck with Formula
problem

You also appear to be stuck with low-functioning gray
matter if you think anyone here will have a clue as to
what your problem is.

Does the formula require Internet or network access?
