$2500 budget for new system

Hi all....i have a client who would like me to build an AMD based system for him. I was wondering what everyones opinions are for the best system for $2500......he doesnt play games, so there is no need for SLI. He needs everything except speakers...Thanks

See if you can find the money for a Radeon X1900 XT. I think it is the best high end card right now.

If he doesn't play games, what does he do? CAD? Audio editing? More info needed. And why specifically AMD?
