this is my first build. i want the experience to be as smooth as possible, i have the idea of how to put everything together and where everything goes but just to be safe is therea good tutorial that makes everything clear possibly with pics?

i already have 2 hard drives from my previous pc,a dvd burner, a dvd drive and a floppy drive.

here are the parts i am thinking of:
processor (don't want to change)
Intel Pentium D 805 Smithfield 533MHz FSB LGA 775 Dual Core

pqi TURBO 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Dual Channel Kit System Memory

ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler - Retail

ASUS P5LD2-VM Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 945G Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-WBC Black

video card
Leadtek Geforce 6800 WinFast PX6800 TDH Video Card

there it is , i am unsure about everything except the cpu. Any suggestions on replacements that are better than these that are around or less than their prices?

anything i am missing?

one more thing do i have to reinstall windows xp since the hard drives were in a pc with it installed?

thanks a lot.

switched the incompatable motherboard. the auto overclock function seems good. 10% is all i really want.

so how does it look now?
