is my Acbel 400W enough for this?

I use PSU Acbel 400W with Active PFC for this system, is it enough?

Intel 630 3.0Ghz
DDR2 512MBx2
ASUS EAX850PRO
HDD 160G SATA+120G ATA 7200rpm
Pioneer DVR + ASUS DVD
2 CM Led Sillent 120mm
2 USB devices.
in near future, i want to upgrade to 2GB RAm ( to 4x512MB).
