Windows live problems with e=mail verification

Hello,I've tried following the instructions for e-mail verification but, although the screen says verification e-mail sent, I have not received it and have tried loads of times.

Are you using windows live mail? is it connected to a pop3 account? do you receive any e-mails? are you using a spam filter?

Yes, it's Windows Live, It'sa POP3 account, I am receiving most e-mails, although I know that a few have not arrived, including the verification e-mail from this forum and I've gota spam filter. y junk mail folder is empty.
