Mobo problems?

I've built a new computer:
940 Intel Pentium D
GA-81945PL-5
nvdia 6600GT
and it dosnt matter what hard drives I use i still get the same problem, just when windows starts up (when the blue bar scrolls past) it stops, then a blue error screen comes up. The system the resets a soon the blue screen appears. Is stere something not enabled on BIOS because I've used 3 diffrent hard drives with the same result.

Sounds like it could be some bad RAM. GL
