So I bought a dfi board off newegg. I am upgrading from asus A8V deluxe to dfi ultra-d. I am putting in an amd 4400+ x2 into the dfi board. Will I need to flash my bios befor I put the cpu in the board?

Current retail boards are (normally) shipped with 2005/06/23 or higher BIOS versions, which is a go for X2 CPU's.
