On making a new buyer's guide?

I've been busy since its my last year in high school and once finals are over i'll have time to do some catching up. I have an idea for the new buyer's guide but I'm not gonna bother if no one cares since there's this thing that Cleeve wrote.

Well, Cleeve made a good one, so I don't think we need a second Buyers Guide.

There's room for two stickies for sure, and updating it is a good idea because some of it is pretty antequated.

Unless you want to merge the two into a super-sticky... PM me if you have any thoughts or ideas on that.
