Looking for a recommendation to solve the following problem:
Have a Outlook pst file that I would like to directly copy onto a
memory card, insert the memory card into my pda (H1910) and then run a
program on the PDA that syncs with the task list, calendar and
contacts on my pda.
If there was a Pocket PC Pim that directly read PST's then I would
just buy that, but can't find one. Everything requires running a
program on a PC that does the syncing.
If if needs to be programmed, any suggestions on where to start?

Why not use the Explore function of ActiveSync; it takes care of the
possibly required conversion as well.

I can't install any software on the computer that has the PST. I can
only copy files on or off to a memory card. The conversion either has
to be done on another computer or on the PDA. I am trying to get the
conversion done on the PDA (cheaper and more convenient)
