Help with case swap.

Ok I am getting ready to swap my computer from one small case to a much larger one. When I move the componets over from one case to the other. Does it matter what order I put my raid 0 array back on the motherboard, aka do the drives have to be hooked to the same controller port on my sata controller. I don't want to have to reformat and reinstall my os if I can att all avoid it.

Yes, make sure they are they are hooked same way.
