I have this set up:

P4 960 (Dual core 3.6)
P5N SLI deluxe
Crosair DDR2 XMS2 Pro 800 Mhz (2x1Gb)
Tagan 550 wat (I have pluged in both the 24 pin + EZ plug + 8 Pin power)
Gigabyte 7900 GT
WD Raptor 150Gb0
Sony DVD ROM
Zalman 7700 Cu

First I must say the MB is very unstable, sometimes it wont post sometimes it will, sometimes on reboot it does not restart, it hangs in windows etc etc. I have read reviews about this problem it seems to be common....

I have the latest 8010 Bios Asus says it suports the 960... (In BIOS it says my CPU is 20 deg C!) Thats just one of the weird things going on....

Im running my CPU at 1.317 v
My memory at 1.9 v
The CPU is at stock 200x18

Ive tride to up the volt of the cpu to 1.35 for a modest OC of 5% but it usually crashes or wont post ect...

Anybody have similar experience with me?
