dear friends, who is the best VoIP service provider in EU?

What i need, is to make telephone calls within the EU, while i already
have a DSL line.

That will not be easy to answer, not many people would have experience of
VoIP providers outside their countries,
I am not aware of any wide spread pan European provider.
You could start with sipgate.co.uk or sipgate.de which are quite popular
mainly because they provide FREE local numbers
that ordinary phone line users can call you on. However you need an UK or
German address to get the number (or at least to sign up from UK or German
IP), but you can use the VoIP service without a local number from anywhere.
