I ran through the forums for hours... and didn't find quite what i was lookin for.

Here is my rig:

AMD64 3400+ 939
Corsair XMS Pro 2gig
2x 36gig Raptor 10k rpm (stripe)
Radeo 9800 pro 128mb

I need to find the best AGP card available.

I was looking at the EVGA 7800 GS CO KO ACS3 (490mhz), but its out of stock everywhere...
I was also looking at the EVGA 7800 GS CO Superclock (460mhz), but its out of stock everywhere too...

Suggestions?

Please list 2 options... and links to working (trustworthy) sites... im at my wits end...

for those that are going to say the inevitable... i WILL NOT be upgrading to PCI-E. Long story.... so please save it :-)

Really appreciate any help... as far as AGP goes... im finding myself SOL.

Don't forget to check out Ebay...there are a number of listings for the 7800GS, like this one...Ebay usually seems to have rotating listings for the 7800GS's, mostly with the "buy it now" option, but also the occasional auction.

Good luck!

The best AGP card of all time is the Gainward 7800 GS, which is actually a full 24-pipeline 7900 GT with 512mb of RAM...

...but good luck finding one.

If you have a socket 939 rig, you might want to consider getting a 939 mobo with a PCIe slot... a mobo and 7900 GT would probably be cheaper than the Gainward 7800 GS, assuming you could even find it for sale.
