I just want to replace on-board video on a non-gaming family member's computer. They'd like to upgrade to a monitor with DVI after seeing the difference though.

I don't care if it's ATI or nVidia as long as its PCI or PCI-e and has DVI. I want to spend no more than $35, shipped. Anyone wanna get rid of an old or low-end card? Thanks.
