You sure you actually got it working in crossfire mode? I don't know much about ATI cards but check in the ati control panel that crossfire is configured.

Also, check your quality settings, at high quality all cards perform rubbish.

Try the latest vga driver.

I got around 4500 3dmark06 score for a 3800x2 and 7800gt so although your result is a little on the low side, it's not drastically low.

6354 is low for 1 of those video cards, are you sure your running in crossfire mode?
I get 6415 with 1 7600GT and a Sempron64. Something aint right.

What's your processor score?

3dMark 2006 scoring is HEAVILY dependant on the CPU. Dual core CPUs will give a huge scoring advantage over a single core, even if the single-core machine is the faster gamer in reality.

Well since the FX-60 IS dual core that can't be his problem. I would also check whether your video cards are actually running in crossfire mode. My system (in my sig) is able to get over 7500 stock so something is definitely wrong, the only difference is that I'm only running 2 gb of ram.

He said 3DMark06, not 05.

I see that now, my bad.
