I want to upgrade my AGP graphics card, and was wondering what the best card I can get is, since I only have a 350W PSU?
(I have a P4 2.8GHz, 2 sticks of 512MB RAM, a 120Gb Harddrive, 2 optic drivers using the power as well (dunno if thats relevant))

I would agree with prozac. The 6800GS is hard to find and usually costs more than the X800GTO. I'm not sure that it is worth the extra cost. Newegg has a pretty good deal on the X800GTO right now if you don't mind doing rebates:

Some of the Sapphire GTOs can be unlocked to 16 pipes if you are into that kind of thing. It doesn't make a huge impact but it gets the card up to about equivelant with an X800XL.

Another possibility is the X850Pro. It is a little more expensive than the GTO and performs about the same as an X800XL. The X850Pro also has a rebate:

I have an AGP Sapphire X800GTO in my Pentium 4 2.8c system. I am pretty happy with it. I upgraded from a 9800Pro around 6 months ago. It nearly doubled my 3D benchmark scores after I unlocked it and slightly overclocked it.

There are two ways to unlock the pipelines. You either have to find a compatible bios that has 16 pipes enabled instead of 12 or you have to modify a copy of the bios that is on your card. Modifying it involves opening it up in a hex editor and changing one of the bytes. Once you have one of these two bioses, you have to boot into DOS from a floppy or something like that and flash you video card with the new bios.

If you have one or are getting one, I can give you setp by step instructions on how to do it.

ghetom,
I don't have any idea where you could get anything in the UK.
I live in the U.S. Sorry I can't help you.
