Kingston HyperX ram 4x512mb or 2x1gb?

I was just curious which configuration was better?

Are you Intel or AMD? What are the latencies of both sets? AMD boards usually have more problems with 4x512, while Intel boards don't seem to have problems with either.

Either way your best bet would probably be the 2x1GB.
