I just read the article from TH's RE: this chip and need to know what the gurus of the forum think about re: motherboard, RAM & Cooling. I plan on overclocking the bejebus out of this thing.

For motherboard, I was thinking of using either
1) Asus P5WDG2-WS Premium Edition (w/ PCI-X)
2) Gigabyte GA-G1975X

RAM: (either)
1) Corsair DDR2-1000 (PC48000)
2) Corsair DDR2 (800) PC2-6400 (TWIN2X2048-6400C3)
3) OCZ DDR2-800

Cooling:
Wanted to go with watercooling system. Not sure if it would be better to get each component rather than a kit since the kit may not be great to cool this puppy. Not sure which kit to go with if there is one that may be sufficient enough.

If there are any other things I should look out for, please let me know. Also include if there are other components that would work better with this CPU.

Thanks for any of your feedbacks.

If you;'re not going to be overclocking your 805 past 3.8, then water cooling won't be necessary. If thats the case, grab a Zalman CNPS9500 LED or if you don't like craploads of LED's on your case, there is also a version of that same cooler without LED's in the fan
