Problems on Zalman CNPS 9500 LED

I just got this CPU fan last week, and the fan stops running couple times. (once happenes when i play game and once happenes when i serf internet, and it never happenes during booting computer) I thought it's fan mate's problem, so i disconnect it, and it works fine afterward, however the fan is getting more and more noise than it's used to be. can anyone help me to slove the problems? thanks

Disconnect the fan, put it on a 12v power source (if it's adjustable, all the better as you can test performance/noise at the various speeds) outside of the case, observe it. If it's making a lot of noise (other than the normal fan "whoosh"), then it's likely going bad prematurely. Contact the vendor you bought it from and start the RMA proccess.
