Does anyone use this VGA cooler, or have any experience with them?

There is a good deal at newegg: $27 total with three-day shipping.

I'm currently using an X800 GTO2 from Sapphire. The first card I ordered clocked up to X850XT PE specs easily, but the cooler that comes with it is an X800 cooler. Needless to say, the temperatures created by the card were too much for the cooler to handle, and I think one of the memory chips burnt out.

I'm wondering if this cooler is similar to the stock X850XT PE cooler, and if so can it handle the temperatures this card will create when clocked to those speeds.

You might want to consider one of the newer heat-pipe coolers, they tend to do a better cooling job than the arctic-cooling jobs, the drawback being the hot air stays in the case.

But they work great... the Kuformula VF1 POlus, the Thermalright V1 Ultra, the zalman VF900-Cu, the evercool turbo 2... all great heatpipe coolers.
