Smart charger won't overcharge NiMh batteries. Has a "trickle charge" feature that keeps them topped off without overcharging or overheating them. I also like the ability to plug into my cigarette lighter in the car. I've been using chargers I got from the B&M stores for a long time, and wondered why my NiMh don't hold a good charge anymore. My old chargers kept charging at full strength, even when the batteries were fully charged.


I like this one cuz it'll charge AAA, AA, C, D and 9v NiMh batteries. They also sell batteries there, but I haven't ordered any of them yet. REALLY quick shipping...2 days and it was at my door.
