I Have A Question, But First..... My Current Hard Drive Is A 80GB Western Digital Special Edition 7200RPM w/8MB Cache, PATA/100 (WD800). (The Rest Of My System Specs Are Below)

I Wana Go RAID-0 With Another Identical Drive, But Only My SATA Subsystem Supports RAID, Is It Possible To Run RAID-0 When Using PATA To SATA Adapters?

Should work. I hope those adapters are reliable. If they fail every once and awhile you are in for a world of hurt.

How much will those two adapters cost compared to a SATA HD?

If you are set on RAID you may consider just buying 2 SATA drives rather than 1 SATA HD and 2 adapters.

At least fine out how much more the 2nd option is compared to your orriginal plan.

That's a very good point. They are not always 100% reliable. I use one for one of my data drives and it occasionally (once every month or so) flakes out on me when I reboot. Personally I wouldn't trust them in a RAID setup.
