Can not close down open programs- with ctrl,alt& del

Control, alternate and delete will not open the task
manager window completely and the mouse freezes up.

Have you tried right-clicking the taskbar and clicking on Task Manager from
there? Not sure when the mouses freezes, but it sounds like that happens
after you do ctl-alt-del from your message.

Sounds like a virus/Trojan is blocking the action.
