".dba" file - program used to restore?

The following post is unanswered from another forum - need help.

"My old hp jornada 650 died and I was only able to back up data on a compact
flash card. File format from jornada 650 is .dba and now I find I cannot
import .dba file into my new h2110 Ipaq. Does anyone have a solution or know
of freeware to use to convert .dba file data into Outlook so that I can
import from Sync Function? Appreciate any help. "
