not to many places sell the II
Das Keyboard II from oxide
and
Das Keyboard II from thinkgeek
What do you think about it? Does anyone have one?

I'm looking at high-quality keyboards for my custom. I'll worry about gaming stuff later on, but now, I just want a simple one. The Das keyboard is supposed to be the elite keyboard with different push pressures for keys.

More about : das keyboard good

Well, since IMHO it is grossly overpriced (10x the cost of a standard keyboard), it hasn't graced my desktop yet. However, it does look uber-geeky, so that's a plus. And just imagine the frustration when your PC-illiterate friends come over and want to check their MySpace account....WTF.

Either way, this post won't help you, but I really like the look of that keyboard, only not at nearly $80.

I have heard the keys are too hard to press. But I cannot confirm one since I couldn't use it myself. There was one at CES but it was under display.

I am telling you that G15 keyboard is an eye catcher. My friends can't stop starring at it. expecially when i flip my lcd screen up. I have to smack my face sometimes when I catch myself starring at it. Pretty blue leds. They should add a diode for a strobe effect and maybe a red color too, would be too cool for school. Now if it could only fetch me a bear...

forget the price, i don't think i would want to use it cause the keys don't have letters or numbers. i would pass on it.

I don't think you'd want a keyboard that can do that.
