Xerox Phaser 8200DP contemplated, advice welcomed

Hello,
I'm a newbie to this NG...
I'm thinking of buying the above printerm for producing my own newspaper
inserts (ads), in house brochures ands more.
I have read several reviews in which it came out favoribly but cannot seem
to find some ideas of operating costs on a per sheet basis.
I understand that % of coverage will cause substantial variations, and am
really looking for estimates that include perhaps several examples of
coverage and which include the maintanance kits (30000 sheet life).
Bottom line is whether the machine will lower my costs of having the
newspaper print them, or if I might do better myself.
My intent is full color, two sided printing.
