building a system... advice please!!!

hi i'm building a new pc and i have a budget of 1200€
don't know how much dollar that is, let's say its the same

i will recycle some things from my old pc so the only new things i need are:

PSU
mobo
processor
ram
3d card ( later SLI when i have the money 8) )

i was going to buy:
a Hiper HPU-4K580 Black Modular 580W (http://www.hipergroup.com/English/products/hpu-4k580.html)

an XFX GeForce 7900GT 256MB DDR3 550 MHz Extreme Edition

is this a good choice?
and what should i buy for mobo, processor, ram...?
i think that the PSU is only available in Europe but that's no problem because i live in Belgium...

What do you want do with the PC? AMD or Intel perfered? Information that like helps, and will get you replies.

If you can wait 6 weeks or so, Conroe CPU's will be out, and that would allow you the option of getting the best bang for the buck, highest overclocks (if desired), best performance all at lowest energy consumption...
so if you can hang in there... a few weeks would make the difference of a comprimise now, or the ultimate next month...

Conroe Dual Core 2 CPU's will start at around $215, and performance is to be on par with AMD's X2-4800+... which you won't touch that chip less than $600 anytime soon...

i don't think that there are already motherboards with the nforce5 so that will be waiting for reviews...

and what ram do you advice?
is there a great performance boost with 4-4-4-12 instead of 5-5-5-15 DDR800?
(because it costs a heck more... )
