I can't get past the screen alignment pgm. It just continually asks you to
tap the '+' that appears around the screen (ie. for 20+ minutes..)
I've done several soft reboots and it reboots fine, but takes you right back
to the screen alignment pgm.
I've only had it for a week and it has worked admirably up until now...
Am I relegated to do a 'hard reboot'..? I've not done my backup yet..
hopefully I don't have to wipe out everything and start over again..!!! :-\

Thanks Jeff W.

Not exactly sure why.

#1 Try to enter press the hardware iTASK button (bottom right of device,
with that funny arrow) and see if you can manually close that offending
application.
If you see that on the list, click-n-hold and then select "stop this task"

#2 Might be your screen (actual physical screen/glass) shifted around and
the device needs to get fixed by a technician who can open it?
#3 If you activesync regularly and backup all your data, then hard resets
aren't that bad.

Unless, of course ... :-)
