Am i right to say that I should use the Clock Frequency divide by the CL rating and the higher the result the better the ram. Is that the reason why ppl say a 400Mhz CL2 DDR performance is the same as a 800Mhz CL4 DDR2. Because 400/2 = 200 & 800/4 = 200 also. just wanted to make sure.
