Well, all you need to install a GPU on your chipset is a free PCIE graphics slot. If you have available- you can install ANY nvidia graphics card that's been released recently.
HOWEVER:
1. Your other components, the CPU in particular, are not fast enough to support a powerful card, sorry. This means you can install and use the card, but it will only spend a fraction of its time working and most of it waiting for your CPU to "catch up". Commonly known as a bottleneck.
2. Any powerful GPU will probably also require you to change your power supply, since your system does not require a powerful PSU, and I'm betting it wasn't built with one.
