Does anyone have any recommendations on a MoBo that would be able to work with the following? I am Planing on Building a Server would Like some Help.

PC Chassis:
- Cooler Master CM Stacker Chassis

Hard Drives:
- (x2) Seagate NL35 ST3250623NS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - OEM

Media Drives:
- LG Black 16X DVD-ROM 52X CD-R 32X CD-RW 52X CD-ROM 2M Cache IDE Combo Drive - OEM

CPU:
- I may go with the ( AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Manchester 2000MHz HT Socket 939 Dual Core Processor Model ADA3800BVBOX ) unless some one recommends somthing else in same Price Range.
-Memory of 2-4 GB DDR or DDR2
-SATA Configurations for 2-10 HD
-OS- of Mac OS X, (Vista, XP, SBS '03), Linux (Multi- Dist)

For a server, I'd go with Tyan. These boards aren't designed for overclocking, just solid and reliable.
That, and also get an opteron instead of the x2. Opty's are meant for server use, and you might want to use the socket 940. Don't realy know what kind of difference it will make, but it is mainly used for servers.

Tyan board definetly for a server, had a few, they are increadably good and reliable, even the oldest one i have thats for dual pentium pro's is still working fine, really slow, but still works

likewise with the opty's - designed for servers and are all around good procs
