Red Screen on start up

Hey guys I have a problem, I open my desktop built to clean it, it was very dirty, after putting it back together I get a black screen then a red screen!! helpp, I only disconected the hard drives and all the fans, everything else was left in it's place.

double check that the hard drive is connected properly, have you tried selecting windows without loader

I fixed it, just had to go to the bios and change the boot priority to the main drive duhhh , thanks anyways. might help someone in the future.
