Heatsink Comound

I got some heatsink compound from my friend but i dont know if it is any good. have any one u guys used it. I have attatched pic of it but they are of low quality taken by mobile. here are the details on pack.

I used some stars-700 (ebuyer extra value stuff) on mine, not brilliant, but cant complain for 50p.

while you're at it... don't use the thermal paste that comes on the stock cooler either.... pick up some Arctic Silver 5 and use it.
