Once I upgraded to Windows XP Professional, I have
folloing issues. Please help me resolve these issues.
1) I get this whenever I rightclick and view properties on
MyCOmputer icon.
"The procedure entry point
RemoteAssitancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll. "

after that it is showing the property window.

I got this error during upgrade. As it was just showing
one 'OK' button, and eventhough I pressed 'OK' it
displayed again and again. I left that alert, and it
contiued the upgrade with that alert and completed the
upgrade.

2) Office not working and gives the message.

"The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0150002)"

Even I am unable reinstall offoce 2003.

Thanks
