Whenever i play a game after a while my PC will freeze and the picture will stay on the screen and im forced to reboot. If i were to get a new video card would it solve my problems? the card i use now is a geforce 6200

It's possible that your PC may be overheating. Play with the side panel off. If the PC does not lock up then it is definitely an overheating issue. You'll need to clean out any dust especially on the fans and CPU/GPU heatsinks. Adding in another fan is also a good idea if possible.

If it still locks up your graphics drivers may have been corrupted. Un-install them, then re-install the same drivers or new drivers.

I tried playin with the side panel off plus my rooms cold with the AC on and i dusted out my case and it still happens. As for drivers do i just install driver cleaner PRO and get rid of them then install them again
