ATA to SATA converters

hi im looking for an ATA to SATA converter i looked on newegg

thats all i got. isnt there a simpler converter that converts ATA to SATA only using 1 cable i dont need a power plug or anything just a straight converter.

I think sata works similar to SCA, in where there is a low voltage that passes through there, that the converter needs to function.
Sabrent is the only company that I've seen mass produce a product like that.
