System turns back on after shut down

I have a weird issue with my computer turning back on after shutting down. It usually turns back on after 15-30 seconds, but has done the same in a longer period of time (2-3 minutes).
The first time it happened I thought it was odd, but the time when it turned back on after 2-3 minutes it freaked me out and made me jump. Any idea why this would happen?
I don't believe my power button is sticking, because all it takes is manually pushing the power button after it tries to restart, which promptly shuts it down w/ no further restarting.

I have had similar symptoms when "Wake on LAN' was set to yes in the BIOS. I use Asus boards but if yours has a similar setting I would set it to NO.
