are you even sure you want to do 4gb if your mobo supports max 4gb i can tell you it wont be stable, but if its and 8gb max go for the crucial, extreme overclockability

You didn't list the prices, but i would likely take the G. SKILL. I would stay at 2GB, alot of mobo's as well as Windows have trouble with 4GB RAM. GL :)
