Could Someone Recommend Me A Good Internal Card Reader?

Hello all,
I was wondering if any of you could please recommend me a good internal card reader. I'm looking for one that can:
-Read SD cards
-Read MS Pro cards
-Read MS Pro Duo cards without an adapter
-Has a black faceplate (well preferably)
I'm pretty sure there are card readers that can read Duo cards without an adapter, I know someone who has an external that can read both Pro and Pro Duo in the same slot.
