Ati Tool Driver Exclamation Mark?

Hello, my HD5850 driver display crashes every now and then when I'm using youtube or things of that sort. And I was just browsing through my device manager and I noticed that under ATITool Utility - ATITool Driver has a yellow caution sign with an exclamation mark in it. Now I'm not sure if this is even causing any problems, but I would rather fix it than to leave it be. Anyone got any ideas?

PS. I've downloaded the latest drivers for my graphics card.

Biostar Mother Board
Sector 5 4gb Ram
i5 750
Radeon HD5850
