i am thinking about buying a new 19" lcd moniter for the lowest possible cost UNDER $350australian (i dont know wat that is american sorry)
it wont be used for games or movies.
does anyone hav an opinion of the Viewsonic VA902 or VA912-4
preferably one with 1280x1024 native resolution
wat is a good enough contrast ratio/refresh rate?

I own and recommend the Viewsonic vx922. It is around $260-270 US on Newegg.com

It has native of 1280x1024.

Maybe NEC or Dell if you want alternatives. :roll:

the VX922 is great for gaming but not so good for movies...

Find some reviews of it, Toms did one a little while ago.
