i had both running cpu cooling only, still have the corsair.
performance i'd take the thermaltake
quality-safety : take the corsair

corsair says it can cool up 500w load, I dont think so. but you can do the swiftech pump mod on the corsair for little better performance I also replaced the fan.

i had them both cooling oc'd d805's that run hot so both do ok but in hot weather the 745 was able to keep cool better

bigwater 745 i had sprung a leak , and killed my video card

gigabyte has a watercooling setup from what i read seems to be pretty decent. asuming that the temps that people give are true. just cant find anybody that has run the gigabyte on an ocd 805< that has run dual prime for 8hours to compare

Where and how did the 745 leak?

I have the SE and the 745, and they seem pretty leak-proof to me... also seems to be teh best buy considering price/performance...

It leaked from the cpu waterblock fitting, thermaltake blamed it on me putting to much pressure on the tubes, .
