I am looking at upgrading my MOBO, Processor, and Ram from an Athlon 1600+ to a Athlon 64 3500+ with a ECS RX480-A Mobo and need to know if I need a new PSU?

I have an Enermax 350 psu (EG365P-VE) with rail settings:
+3.3V@32A, +5V@32A, +12V@26A, -5V@1A, -12V@1A, +5VSB@2.2A

Can I use my existing PSU with the MOBO/Processor combo, Plus 2 200gb maxtor 7200 hd, ATI 8500aiw, CDrw & DVDrw?

Thanks.

As an alternative, if you are worried about power, C & H Import-Exports is selling a 300 Millowatt Steam Powerstation for a cheap price of $9 million (OR $10 million total for delivery/relocation). That would ensure for upgrades should you decide to build a supercomputer in the future (I am sure it could also power any ATI card as they are known powerhogs).
