I have an Axis 560 print server which will no longer talk to the
network. Axis tech support said that it needed to be reflashed, or I
could send it in with a lot of money and they'd see if maybe they
could fix it. I'll replace it before I do that!!

My net hub doesn't see any activity from the 540+ and it doesn't
respond to pings, so the usual FTP approach to flash it won't work.

I understand that this unit can be flashed via the parallel port using
a "special cable". Does anyone know about this? How is the cable
pinned? What's the procedure? I've got the proper binaries.

And, yes, I've tried to reset to factory default using the power off,
hold test button, power on, etc., drill. No luck.

Thanks in advance
