Been trying to figure out which is better to get.

17inch Samsung 760BF
19inch Samsung 960BF

Would love to get any one of these LCDs but the lack of reviews makes me hesitant to get one considering the high cost of each especially the 19inch one.

The reviews I have found on both say they're either really happy or really pissed off at it. As much as i would want to test this sucker out before buying it.. I've run around the city trying to find someone actually offering a demo of the unit. There were none.

Both monitors seem very good as per the website reviewers but one site pointed out issues regarding its RTC? Dunno what the heck that is but it gives the 17inch one a bad grade cuz of it.

19 inch seemed the better choice but yet another forum site complained about heavy ghosting on this lcd. Others in the same forum disagree and actually did not see any at all.

Is ghosting an issue with the LCD itself or cuz u got a sucky vidcard? Im using an NVdia 6600GT AGP right now.

Any help in this would be appreciated.

First of all you won't find too many reviews of LCD's that have just come out on the market. Second you should decide which you want based on how big you want it and what resolution you want to use. 17" native is 1024 x 768 while 19" native is 1280 x 1024.

Ghosting is an issue with LCD monitors in general but has been reduced to the point that most cannot notice it. It comes from the time that it takes for the pixels to change, if they are too slow to do so then you see a "ghost" beside the actual image... I find that most of the ppl who complain about ghosting are new to LCD's or just want something to complain about. It has nothing to do with your video card.
