Raid0 Raptor 74g w/ 150g?

I have 2 (74g) Raptors & 2 (150g) Raptors. Currently the 74's are in one computer and the 150's in another.

Is it even worth trying to Raid0 all 4 of the drives in one computer? Since they are of different sizes I was thinking I'd lose about 150g of space in Raid0. I have a few other hard drives for back-up, but not sure if I'd sacrifice 150g space on the Raptors unless it would be a large performance increase.

As you may know this would be too much work to just try it out for the heck of it. I'm wondering if anyone else has done something like it or knows theoretically how well it would perform.

So the comparison is...

2 Raptor (150g) in Raid0 vs 2 raptor (74g) + 2 Raptor (150g) in Raid0

You would be much better off making two RAID 0 pairs than trying to put them all in one array. That would cause a lot of potential issues that aren't worth the hassle.
