Alright, I was wondering if an ATI Radeon X1600 Pro (AGP) would be compatible with my system.

System specs:

2.66 Ghz P4
1024MB 400Mhz DDR
Radeon 9800 (Current card)

Would the X1600 make my system unstable? Also, can my CPU be overclocked? It's a Dell computer, and Dell sucks. The warranty has expired and it's time for me to upgrade it. Thanks for the help.

As far overclocking you just answer your own question. As for the X1600, it should work, as long as your PSU does not suck.
