I'm looking to build a new computer for mostly gaming and general uses. My budget is around $700 USD. I don't play the latest, hardware intense games but I do play some that take a decent setup to run with high quality (ie Halo, CSS, etc)

Here's what I need:
-Case
-Power supply
-Processor
-Motherboard
-Graphics card
-Memory

I've decided that I want my computer to have the following qualities:
-AMD Athlon 64 single-core processor
-socket 939
-motherboard needn't be SLI, I'm only getting one video card
-Want a strong metal case; low amounts of weak plastic
-Case should be good looking, a few lights inside and what not, but not over the top or flashy
-I have interest in moderate overclocking. Although I may not take full advantage of it, I'd like to have good, solid overclocking as an option.
-I don't want AM2 or Conroe for reasons I won't go into.
-If a component isn't listed above, I have it already.
-If possible I'd rather pay a little bit extra for a solid power supply. I'd be willing to buy a case with a power supply, then ditch that power supply and get a different one if I like the case but don't like the power supply.
-I have no thoughts towards the graphics card. Whatever is the best possible for $200 USD is what I'll get.
-For the memory I'd prefer a reputable name brand. Reliability is more important than me than performance. I'm not sure how much memory I should get. I'll probably be trying Vista on this machine in the future so if 2 GB is necessary for that then I'm willing.

Sorry for the strict guidelines but I'm trying to get the perfect build for my situation and budget.

Just post what you would get with these restrictions when buying a gaming computer. Thanks!

Actually that is an OEM card that someone returned for whatever reason. That's why it states open item.

Maybe the person returned it because he decided to get a more powerful card. Or maybe he had problems with it. According to what I've read, Newegg doesn't test returned items. They simply resell them.
