Need to know spoiled sata

my computer can't access to window properly. it detect "WINDOW DID NOT START SUCCESSFULLY. A RECENT HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE MIGHT CAUSE THIS". It gave me a choice
-Safe mode
-Safe mode with networking
-Safe mode with Command Prompt
-Last known Good Configuration (your most recent setting that work)
-Start window normally
The problem is, whenever i click any of the choices, it goes back to "WINDOW DID NOT START SUCCESSFULLY......"
so please, i really need to know why. is it because of my hard drive which i used right now already spoiled (SATA). Or there is another problem.

Did you tried to boot from your win7 DVD and do a Fix Windows?

Have you done an hardware change recently?

im not yet make any change to my hardware yet... cause its a new computer..i just upgrade to win7..... not format
